How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to order right on our website. You can also message us on Facebook Messenger, call or text us, or email order@onecartdelivery.com — we make it easy to order however works best for you.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within Elliot Lake, ON, and to Cutler. For Cutler delivery, add $8 for the longer route.
How much does delivery cost?
Takeout Delivery — a flat $8 per order. Grocery Shopping & Delivery — priced by the number of items on your list: $10 for a small list (1–15 items), $13 for a medium list (16–30 items), and $16 for a large list (31+ items). The tier is based on how many items (lines) are on your list, so ordering several of the same item doesn’t bump you up a tier. PC Express Pickup & Delivery — $8 flat fee, no minimum order. No service fees, no hidden markups — you pay store prices, sales included.
Do you charge service fees or markups?
Never. No service fees, no hidden markups on groceries, no surprises. You always pay store prices.
What restaurants do you deliver from?
Tim Hortons, McDonald's, Chuck's Roadhouse, Topper's Pizza, Pizza Hut, FireSide Classic Grill, Chillside Grill, Swiss Chalet, Subway, Little Caesars and The Taco Fool. Don’t see your restaurant? Message us and we’ll do our best!
What stores do you shop at?
Lyle's No Frills, Foodland, Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, Great Canadian Dollar Store and Pet Valu. Don’t see your store? Message us and we’ll do our best!
What is PC Express?
No Frills offers online grocery ordering through PC Express. Place your order through their app or website and we’ll pick it up and deliver it straight to your door for just $8 — no minimum order required!
How do OneCart Rewards work?
Complete 10 paid deliveries to fill your punch card. Your 11th delivery receives the reward you choose — a free takeout or PC Express delivery, or 50% off a grocery delivery fee. Once that reward is used, your card resets and you start filling a new one. Visit the Rewards page and enter your phone number to check your progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit, credit, e-transfer, and cash.
Do you deliver alcohol?
Alcohol delivery coming soon — pending licensing approval!
What are your hours?
We’re open 7 days a week, 10 AM to 10 PM. For holiday hours, please contact us directly.
What if my food order is wrong?
For health and safety reasons we’re unable to open or inspect food orders. OneCart is not responsible for missing items or incorrect orders from restaurants. If you have any concerns about your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly — we’re always happy to help!
